ADHIMIX PRECAST INDONESIA

In late 2007, PT Adhimix  Precast Indonesia, a robust national concrete company, took  shares in EII and thereby  strengthening it’s finance  and construction  capabilities.

This company, formerly set up by PT Adhi Karya, one of Indonesia’s  strong  state-owned contractors, thereby setting up a synergy of  engineering and management strengh  with  fabrication, logistics, contrustion and financial power.  And so, EII, which until now is more known through it’s engineering and managerial capabilities, can now be fully accounted for to provide a full scale service, running from the early Feasibility  Study stage up untill the financing and completion phase of a project.

Construction

Ever since the start of the readymix and precast businesses, PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia has carried out works related to those two main businesses, among others : road (rigid pavement), bridge, and construction of multi-story buildings (low-cost apartments, apartments, malls, soho, residences, and curtain walls), mechanicals & electricals for buildings, telecommunication towers.

The scope of work included:

Design engineering.

Material procurement and production process.

Installation and project construction.

In light of future construction developments, supported by Human Resource planning, PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia will carry-out projects with the following scope-of-work :

Building constructions (low-cost apartments, soho, residences, market places).

Industry (construction of factory structures and infrastructures).

Telecommunication (tower, signaling and the supporting facilities).

Roads and bridges.

Ports.

Water structures.

Energy infrastructures.

Property

As the construction industry grows rapidly, PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia has been exploring the Property business by developing soho and business centers in Cipadu, Tangerang named Sentra Bisnis Garmen. In the future PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia plans to develop various sites owned by the Company into office areas, apartments, real estates, soho, and other forms of property developments in cooperation with business partners property.

Adhimix projects includes Phydroelectric Dam, Toll road and flyover, buildings, and factories.
